EXECUTIVE & LEADERSHIP COACHING

The 4-Month Leadership Alignment Engagement

Leadership at the helm can be deeply isolating. When organizational friction builds, leaders often internalize systemic dysfunctions as personal failures.

This 4-month intentional container is designed to cultivate strategic resilience, navigate complex hurdles, prevent executive exhaustion, and close the gap between your core values and daily operational demands.

Client Testimonials

“I had the tools, but Jesie helped me build the foundation. She has an innate ability to listen beneath the surface, ask the precise question that shifts your perspective, and translate raw possibility into meaningful action. I am not exaggerating when I say I could not have created the impact I’ve seen within my organization and community without our work together. Partnering with Jesie is the quiet revolution leaders seek—beginning with clarity and courage, and expanding into unstoppable momentum. I would work with her again in a heartbeat."

-COMMUNITY-BASED NonProfit leader & strategist

“Jesie met me exactly where I was and yet got me somewhere I couldn't have gone on my own. She had a way of challenging my assumptions and fears with unwavering kindness and warmth. Jesie was always fully present, listening closely enough to speak my language without ever losing her perspective or letting me hide in my own metaphors. Jesie never handed me answers; instead she asked the questions that made my own answers obvious. Without her, I would still be operating from a place of default and doubt as an entrepreneur, coach, parent, and person. I'm now more confident in stretching beyond my comfort zone, trusting in my ability, and living more fully in my unique value.”

Sustaining Momentum:
The Monthly Retainer

Once structural clarity and healthy operational rhythms are established during the four-month intensive, most leaders choose to transition into ongoing executive advisory support. Meeting once monthly, this retainer provides an ongoing sounding board for board dynamics, organizational shifts, and strategic decisions—ensuring you stay grounded in alignment as new challenges arise.

Accessible & Equity-Driven Investment Pathways

I believe intentional leadership support should not be reserved only for organizations with massive development budgets. My pricing structure provides two clear pathways based on who is funding the engagement:

Organization-Funded Partnerships

Designed for employer-sponsored engagements, leadership development stipends, or organizational budgets. Flexible payment installment options are available.

Self-Funded Individual Rate

An equity-based pathway reserved strictly for leaders paying directly out-of-pocket without employer reimbursement. Capacity is intentionally capped to protect practice sustainability and depth of devotion.

Specific investment tiers and installment options are shared during our initial exploratory call.
