I know this dynamic intimately because I have lived it.

Over the last 15+ years, I have navigated the distinct complexities of community-based nonprofits, faith-based organizations, and membership associations—including eight years serving as an Executive Director. I do not consult from an ivory tower, and I don't coach in a theoretical vacuum. I bring real, on-the-ground operational wisdom to every engagement.

My transition into this practice was born out of stark contrast. I have felt the heavy toll of toxic workplace cultures, and I have also had the gift of building genuinely healthy ones.

That connection is what drives my belief in the multiplier effect. When a leader is truly supported—when they have the space to lead from a place of courage, clarity, and congruence—that health doesn’t stop at the executive desk. It cascades. It transforms the team, reshapes the culture, and multiplies the impact on the community.
